Kai Kotch is a charming, spacious 2 bedroom, 2½ bathroom vacation rental townhouse-style villa located at Island House #17, 50 Water Cay Road, Rum Point, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands,  in the heart of Rum Point and the popular Cayman Kai community.  It is tucked away in a peaceful sea-water bay known as the Sand Pointe Cove, with boat access to the North Sound, and with all the amenities you need for a memorable Caribbean vacation experience.  This is a prime vacation area of Grand Cayman’s pristine North Coast, on a secluded sandy beach, a short walk to great snorkeling, other watersports and dive facilities, and a popular bar and grill/restaurant.

 

Next door (across the street) is Rum Point Club, and one mile south is Kaibo Yacht Club, a very popular marina, bar and restaurant.  All this—and the Caribbean Sea is just a few steps from your door!
