One of nature's most enthralling light shows on earth can be found right here in the Cayman Islands at Rum Point's "Bio-bay": Sand Pointe Cove--the cove outside the back door of Kai Kotch! Learn more about bioluminescence, and see it for yourself!
This tour takes place on the darkest nights of the month when the moon has not risen or is new to avoid light pollution (typically between approximately 2 and 20 days after Full Moon). The paddle to Bio-bay takes approximately 45 minutes and follows the sheltered coast line. Once inside Bio-bay you will be amazed by nature's fireworks.
